What time can I check in?
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage for free and enjoy Bracciano.
Until what time can I check out?
Check-out is by 10:30 am. Again, free luggage storage if you leave in the afternoon.
Can I get in after 11:00 p.m.?
Of course. After 11:00 p.m. the front desk is closed, but you have electronic re-entry with your personal key.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, we accept small pets. Let us know at the time of booking: an additional fee is required.
Is there free WiFi?
Yes, fast and free WiFi throughout the facility.
Do the rooms have safes?
Some rooms do. Specify this when booking if it is important to you.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is always included. From 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and in summer you can have it on the castle view terrace upon request.
Where can I park?
Free public parking 150 meters from the hotel. We give you all the directions.
How far is the station?
300 meters, 5 minutes walk. Very convenient for those coming from Rome.
Is the castle really that close?
Yes, 100 meters. You can see it majestically from the terrace.
Do you have a restaurant?
No, but we have an affiliated restaurant right across the street. Local cuisine and fair prices.
Can you pay by card?
Yes, we accept all major credit and ATM cards.
Do you have a meeting room?
Yes, small but functional. Perfect for business meetings.
